Bulletin - 23.4.12
Hi everyone,
1. Dates for your diaries
Monday 23rd April - Year 10 reports due
Thursday 26th April - Year 7 parents evening
Thursday 26th April - SL Powell visit to school (KS3 names to JKY please)
Monday 30th April - Health and Safety inspection
2. A huge (moderated) thank you
You have all received an A* (that has been independently verified) for all your hard work during last week's moderation. Thank you so much for your patience and your diligence in working under less than ideal circumstances and taking on such a massive job.
3. Comings and goings
Congratulations to Ruth who has got herself a job at Wheatley Park, starting next week. Your hard work and organisation will be hugely missed, the very best of luck.
Congratulations also to Paul W who is now the permanent KS3 Leader, so he can continue the excellent work he has already started.
And finally, Louise Marsh has been appointed as KS4 Leader and will start in September.
4. GCSE marks
Now that coursework marks have been checked, can everyone give me their final coursework marks so that I/Ruth can enter them on the Centre Mark Forms.
I need...
GCSE English:
Total Speaking and Listening mark (/45)
Total CA mark (Creative Writing + Literary Reading) (/90)
GCSE English Lang:
Total Speaking and Listening mark (/45)
Total CA mark (Creative Writing + Extended Reading + Spoken Lang Study) (/80)
GCSE English Lit:
Shakespeare and Literary Heritage mark (/40)
Have a great week,
Jamie
